I have been watching and listening to Anita Astley for a few years now. Her style of addressing complicated and often embarrassing topics is what initially drew me in. She delivers helpful information with a bit of boom! Through watching some of her videos and Instagram Lives, my toolbox is now better equipped to deal with my relationship challenges, in particular a recent divorce. I try to model myself after her. I was initially drawn to Anita’s videos on social media because of her style of communication. She seems to make it OK to talk about anything and everything. I was impressed with her credentials as it seems everyone is a self-proclaimed expert on social media these days. I remember reaching out to her and asking her if she was a “real therapist” to which she sent me her Psychology Today profile. On top of it all, she’s quite entertaining and not afraid to drop the F-bomb. Love it!
